i found the location convenient, just next to the main bus stop from the airport! check-in was fast. the room, a 4-female dorm, remained quiet. i really appreciated the daily cleaning service and the privacy curtains added a nice touch!
the key access system was a bit unreliable, and my internet connection failed on my last night. this prevented me from reloading my key access and made it difficult to get back into my room!

Splendid Stay Near Transport Hub

ideal locationessential amenitiesannoyed receptionist
The location proved ideal because it stood close to the bus terminal. The room featured an ensuite bathroom that included essential amenities. I found good value for the money . The design interior had a feel of a more luxurious hotel.
Self check-in was not operational. I downloaded the app, and private information was given to a third party. A receptionist seemed especially annoyed, so I felt frustrated. The receptionist response was , "that's how it is done in new zealand.
